The UK CCS Community Network will host a biannual meeting at the University of Leeds on 14-15 September 2010 to bring together all fields of CCS research in addition to government and industry.

The meeting aims to provide networking opportunities amongst CCS researchers and interested non-academics, to update delegates on recent developments in the CCS academic research scene and reinforce links between the project teams. The meeting is open to all academics and to other organisations and individuals with a CCS interest.

A draft agenda will be posted shortly, but the focus will be on EU-funded research and projects. Recent findings will be presented from a handful of Framework Programme CCS-relevant projects with UK involvement in addition to updates from the European Economic Recovery Plan CCS projects.

The meeting will begin at noon on 14 September with a networking lunch and close at 1300 on 15 September with another networking lunch. An optional networking drinks reception and dinner (please note fees required) will be held on the 14th at 1900.
